Literally our first communication received during a recent new hospital build was the question: “Who are you and why do I need to deal with you? Do you even have a contract?”
Fair question.
They didn’t know us yet. It was the first interaction, and the start of what would become a partnership built on trust and grit.
Once the sale closes and the delivery trucks roll out, most people assume the story is over. For us, we’re just moving into the next phase of important work. Each hospital project unfolds behind the scenes with hundreds of moving parts (literally).
The next stage of the project often involves a third part of equipment moves, unboxing, accessory installs, and wire cart assembly. The company used for this project has a solid reputation, however this time around, we got wind of a few uncharacteristic issues. Missing carts. Wrong accessories. You name it.
When we learned of this, our team instantly sprang into action: walking through a nearly empty hospital, checking every corner, counting every cart, marking every part missing. It wasn’t glamorous, but it mattered. We went line by line to make things right, coordinating with the redevelopment team and vendors alike, correcting errors, and keeping the entire project on track.
That’s the side of Forsyth Healthcare most people never see: the part that kicks in after the paperwork is signed. The attention to detail, the long calls, the extra visits; because the sale doesn’t end at delivery. It ends only when everything is exactly where it’s supposed to be, functioning as it should.
