How We Work

More than a price tag

By

Last month one of my clients took the time to thoughtfully let me know that Forsyth had lost on a couple of bids with his organization because our price came in a bit higher than our competition.

This wasn’t the first time I’d heard something along those lines, and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

I value this type of feedback but the fact is Forsyth isn’t typically going to provide the cheapest option.

We believe in taking the time to uncover needs through deep consultation with our clients, to present multiple solutions for a given project, to negotiate with manufacturers on behalf of our clients, to be available day or night for our clients, to make sure deliveries are on schedule and to ensure assembly instructions are clear as day.

This responsive and detail-focused approach means my team dedicates more time to our clients and their orders than our competition. And it means that sometimes, our pricing might come in a bit higher than other vendors to account for the delivery of this painless experience.

I get that some projects come down to price—and that’s fine.

But when the satisfaction of all stakeholders—from capital planners and project managers to development coordinators, frontline staff, and in-hospital replenishment teams—can be achieved through a smooth, comprehensive, and unwaveringly responsive experience, that’s where we come in. We take care of every detail, making their jobs that much easier.

That’s where Forsyth shines.
